Jesus is the healer; therefore we recognize that God is actively healing His creation and we
seek to participate in that healing. We acknowledge the power of healing and reconciliation
that Jesus Christ is bringing to us. We also seek to embody His example of compassion, love
and sensitivity to those in need.
Scripture-based
The Bible is God’s inspired Word and the ultimate authority.
Spirit-filled
We recognize the essential role of the Holy Spirit in our healing mission. Each person is gifted
by the Holy Spirit and we seek to utilize those gifts in the healing center to advance the
Kingdom of God. We seek to invite and welcome the Holy Spirit into our work and into the
physical space of the healing center.

Discerning
We seek the will of God in everything, with Holy Scripture as the final authority. We look
to spiritual advisors to maintain discernment in the ministry and maintain its health.
Hebrews 5:14 and 14: 8-9 (NIV)
5:14But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish (or
discern) good from evil.
14:8Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. 9Do not be carried away by all kinds
of strange teachings….
Creative
Like Jesus, who used many approaches to healing throughout His ministry, we too will
remain open to the leading and creativity of the Holy Spirit.
Standard of Excellence
We perform the work we are given to do with excellence, integrity and honesty that befits an
ambassador of Christ.
Healthy
We promote the health of our prayer volunteers and staff, in addition to those who seek prayer.
United
The healing center is an inter-denominational collaboration of workers that recognize God the
Father, the Holy Spirit and the Lordship of Christ.
